  • The Rule: You may cite our work with a direct backlink.
  • The Prohibition: You are strictly forbidden from using automated scrapers or AI crawlers to "harvest" our insights for your own models without a commercial license.
  • The Penalty: Unauthorized redistribution of our paid "Thesis" reports will result in immediate account termination and legal escalation.

2. No Investment or Professional Advice Disclaimer

We provide Information Density, not financial instructions.

  • The Boundary: Content on Briefedge and Thesisedge is for educational and investigative purposes only. We are not financial advisors, legal counsel, or certified career therapists.

3. Subscription & Access Protocol

5. Limitation of Liability: The Ceiling

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, the total liability of The Edge Ecosystem for any claim arising from these terms is limited to:

We are not responsible for "Invisible Obsolescence" or career stagnation resulting from a failure to implement the strategies discussed in our reports.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by laws aligned with EU Consumer Protection Directives (for European subscribers). Any disputes will be settled via binding arbitration through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

7. The "Nancy" Clause

We reserve the right to be provocative. We reserve the right to be blunt. If our "Shock Analytics" offend your corporate sensibilities, the "Unsubscribe" button is your primary lever.
